Climbed the rock back in 2005. It has left me with the feeling of total wonder and amazement. I must and will return one day, anyone visting Sri Lanka must vist Sigeria it will affect you in the most surprizing way.

Been there, done that and got tee-shirts during all the troubles. I have climbed this rock and what an experience it was going up and coming down and I loved every minute of it. I climbed it with 2 UK friends and my 2 friends from Sri Lanka plus our expert guide who spoke 7 languages fluently. I love this area of my beloved Sri Lanka and would love to attempt it again age willing. We had photos taken at the highest point but unfortunately I lost them in the UK floods of July 2007.

Excellent piece of good work – coincidentally well timed. Sri Lanka has been hitting headline in news for far too long for wrong reasons and now the air is clear and the gradual process of depicting true image of the country has started to rolling-on. Factual evidence of ancient cultural heritage, engineering skills and good life
